About the Founder

Riverstone Insights was founded by Thalita Regina Terpilauskas de Sá, a data and business intelligence specialist with more than a decade of experience supporting strategic decision-making in complex, data-intensive environments.

Throughout her career, Thalita has worked across global agribusiness, financial services, and industrial organizations, including three of the world’s five largest agricultural commodity trading firms. In these settings, she contributed to projects that required high analytical rigor, financial modeling, and risk-aware decision frameworks, supporting leadership teams in managing large-scale operations exposed to market volatility, price cycles, and operational uncertainty.

A significant focus of her work has been the development of analytical and financial models designed to reduce cash flow volatility, improve forecast accuracy, and strengthen decision-making under uncertainty. These initiatives helped organizations better anticipate risk, stabilize financial performance, and improve capital allocation in highly cyclical and margin-sensitive environments.
